- · All pieces are constructed from an exceptionally clean grade of solid New Zealand pine.
- · The wood Dries in the factory in order to assure low moisture content to prevent warping, twisting, and cracking.
- · All pieces are finish sanded with 220-grit sandpaper BEFORE lacquering and between each coat to assure a smooth and durable finish.
- · The sleigh bed features metal to metal unique “Surefit” connectors to assure easy assembly. The slats have an adjustable center leg support for stability.
- · The drawers are solid pine wood construction on the sides and are English dovetailed front and back for long term durability. All drawers feature a completely finished lacquered interior. Bali case goods are also dustproofed. Teflon coated Euro glides are used to assure easy opening and closing of the drawers and to keep the drawers square.
- · All back panels on the case pieces are inset to assure greater strength and stability.
- · The drawers on the case pieces utilize the full dimension of the case box offering maximum storage.
- · All pieces are packed to exceed expectations. Foam wrapping and Styrofoam block corners in addition to a 3” barrier of foam in front of the drawers and a ¾” wood platform protect each piece.
