1. ·      Riverwood is constructed from solid Chinese ash that is harder than Australian ash.
2. ·      The drawer boxes are constructed from solid pine on the sides, front and back and feature European roller glides on the drawer boxes to assure a square box and easy opening and closing of the drawer. The drawer bottoms are constructed from a mahogany panel and are corner blocked for durability.
3. ·      The beds all feature Stantons Surefit connectors. These are metal to metal connectors that give great stability to the bed frame.
4. ·      All beds are shipped with slats that have center support legs.
5. ·      The wood dries in  the factory in order to assure low moisture content to prevent warping, twisting, and cracking.
6. ·      All pieces are finish sanded with 220-grit sandpaper BEFORE lacquering and between each coat to assure a smooth and durable finish.
7. ·      All back panels on the case pieces are inset to assure greater strength and stability.
8. ·      The drawers on the case pieces utilize the full dimension of the case box offering maximum storage.
9. ·      All  pieces are packed to exceed expectations. Foam wrapping and Styrofoam block corners in addition to a 3” barrier of foam in front of the drawers and a ¾” wood platform protect each piece.
